Build a website that sells.
In one afternoon.
Walk in with a brief. Walk out with it live. Not a template you filled in. Not a six-week agency project.

Building a website is easy now.
Building a great one still isn't.
20 mins with AI tool gets you a website. It won't get you the following.
Copy that sells
Turn what you do into words people want to buy.
Structure that converts
A clear flow from attention, interest to action.
Design that earns trust
Clean, modern, credible design, without being a designer.
SEO that gets you found
Titles, headings, schema: the groundwork most sites never lay.
Speed
Slow pages lose people before they read a word.
Readable by AI
Structured so ChatGPT and Google can understand and recommend you.
That's the skill agencies charge S$5,000 for.
You'll do all six in one afternoon. Not because it's easy, but because I've done this enough times to know exactly which 20% matters.
One afternoon. Three reasons people are in the room.

Consultants, coaches and freelancers
You need a site that generates leads and sells your services. You want one place that shows your best work.

Working professionals
You need a site that shows what you can actually do. You want one link that carries your work and your words.

Small business owners
You need a site that turns visitors into enquiries. You want to change a headline yourself, without waiting on an agency.

- MarketerI run Hashmeta, a leading GEO agency with teams across Singapore, Malaysia and China.
- EntrepreneurI've paid for these mistakes with my own money, so I'll tell you what to skip.
- AI practitionerI use AI daily to build, market and operate, and teach practical, real-world applications.

Once I started briefing Claude Code like a skilled builder instead of chatting with it, everything got easier.

Can I do it?
92% of the people in this room have never written a line of code.
That's the design, not an accident.
Building used to mean hiring someone who writes code. It doesn't anymore. A builder is just someone who makes the thing themselves, and that's everyone in this room.
If you can chat with AI, you can do this.

95% of alumni have a live site.
The only alumni without a site are the ones who chose not to publish.
Not everyone finishes by 6pm. Some decide the copy deserves another pass. So two things stay open to you until it's live.

Support after the day
The group chat doesn't close.
You stay in the alumni chat after the workshop. Stuck on a change three weeks later, ask there. You keep the prompt library and the checklists too.

Come back free
A free seat at every future run.
Didn't get it live by 6pm? Sit the whole afternoon again, as many times as you need, at no cost. That's the part that makes the 95% hold.
Frequently asked questions
I've never written code. Will I fall behind?
No. 92% of the room has never written a line of code, and nobody has been beaten by the technical part. You type instructions in English, and we do the fiddly installation together in the first half hour.
What if I don't finish by 6pm?
Some people don't, usually because they decide the copy deserves another pass. You keep the recording, the checklists, the group chat and a free seat at every future run until it's live.
Can I expense it, or claim it under SkillsFuture?
I'll send a proper invoice, so it goes through as a business expense or a training budget. It isn't SkillsFuture-claimable. Staying independent keeps the material current.
What if I confirm and can't make it?
Tell me before the day and I'll move you to the next run, no charge. Runs are monthly, so the wait is short. A late drop costs me a seat I'd held, so give me what notice you can.
What if the date doesn't work at all?
The workshop runs monthly. Message me and I'll tell you when the next one is. Runs fill from the people who ask early, so it's worth asking before your dates are settled.
Do I need to pay for Claude separately?
Yes. Claude Pro or Max, or a Console account with billing, set up before you arrive. It's the one cost that isn't in the ticket, and you keep using it after the workshop.
What does it cost to keep the site running?
A domain, from around S$10 a year. Hosting is free at the traffic these sites run at. There's no monthly platform fee, because there's no platform. The files are yours.
Can you promise SEO results from one afternoon?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can promise is a strong technical and on-page SEO foundation: titles, headings, schema, speed, and a site Google can index from day one. Alumni have ranked first, with content after the workshop too.
Do you cover GEO, getting found by ChatGPT?
Yes, in the same hour as SEO. What makes a page readable by a model is what makes it readable by Google: clean structure, schema, and copy that answers real questions. One alumnus's second lead arrived through ChatGPT.
What's the prep, and how long does it take?
About 30 minutes. I send you a skill when you book, it asks you questions, and it drafts your brief from the answers. Bring it on the day. The first hour is spent pulling it apart.
We already have a WordPress site. Why rebuild?
If it brings in sales, don't. If they load slowly, cost a monthly fee, and changing a headline means finding whoever built it, that's most of them. You'd leave with a faster site you can edit yourself in ten minutes.
Can I build something else, like a site for a project or event?
Yes, as long as it explains something and asks for one action. That covers most projects, events and portfolios. What we don't do is online stores, booking engines or web apps. Those are a longer job.
S$288 and an afternoon, or S$5,000 and six weeks.
Build it once, properly. A site that explains you in five seconds, that Google can find, and that you can change yourself.
